It's every New Mexican's favorite season — green chile season! If you're looking for a good source of delicious, organically grown green chile, look no further than the Co+op.

We get our organic green chile from Seco Spice. This family-owned business has been farming chile since the 19th century — 4 generations! Seco Spice cares deeply about the quality of their chile (as do we!), so they work hard to maintain the quality of their soil, their land, and their seeds to ensure the best possible chile product. Their facility is certified to international industry standards for food safety to SQF level 2!

Their chile is farmed alongside the Rio Grande river, in that Hatch Valley climate that makes our New Mexican chile so uniquely delicious!

How to order

Ready for your 25lb case? You can place your order at the Courtesy Desk! Green chile is available in medium, hot, and extra hot varieties. Roasting is included in the $34.99/case cost — you just pick your roasting date, and come pick it up! We'll be roasting every weekend until we're out of chile.
