“Food Waste Management on a Micro Level: What You Can Do to Reduce Food Waste” at the Branigan Cultural Center on Saturday, March 16, at 11am.

Alex from Mountain View Market Co+op will be showcasing techniques for managing and minimizing food waste at the home level.

This program is in conjunction with the Branigan Cultural Center’s current exhibit "Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture" organized by the American Museum of Natural History, New York (amnh.org).

"Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture" is an exhibit that elicits conversation about crop diversity, food waste, scarcity, and abundance as well as the future and means of production. The exhibit will be on display from Friday, March 1 until Saturday, April 20.

The Branigan Cultural Center is located at 501 N Main St, Las Cruces, NM 88001.
